Anche il Comune di Desio introduce in queste ore l’obbligo di indossare mascherine all’aperto nei luoghi più frequentati della Città. La decisione del Sindaco Simone Gargiulo, sulla base delle indicazioni del Prefetto di Monza Brianza Patrizia Palmisani, è coerente con le misure effettuate dal Governo e in linea con quella di diversi altri primi cittadini del territorio.
Ma non solo. L’obbligo è anche previsto per chi accede alle aree mercatali settimanali all’aperto del lunedì, in via Santa Caterina e in via Prati/Carcano, e in quello della Coldiretti del martedì in via Di Vittorio, nonché durante le fasi di ingresso e uscita degli alunni delle scuole materne, elementari, medie inferiori e superiori nel raggio di 30 metri dai varchi di entrata e uscita dei plessi scolastici.
L’inosservanza dell’ordinanza è punita con una sanzione amministrativa pecuniaria che va dai 500 ai 5.000 euro.
